anonymous_coward: nice nickname, by the way :)
Thanks for your suggestion but it is already implemented, just try to search for what you mentioned and you'll see the results.

Sam Rea: thanks for your question. We don't need a language field for the subtitles request form because we'll anyway look for that subtitle in ANY language so it would be useless to specify it :-)
Hope now its clear.

Blanche,
thanks for your suggestions.

1) Where did you find "2 millions" on site so I can correct?
2) about odd Latvian: you're always welcome to correct/upgrade the translation. If you're willing to help please contact us via our contact form
3) About "subtitrus": You're right, but as "subtitri" is found in 2 languages I thought using "subtitrus" may be a solution. Anyway, if you are willing to help us with the translation I'm sure we can find a better way for this.

Thanks for your comments, they're helpful indeed.

Since it's a subtitle sight. I suggest making sure that your text on the site is as accurate as possible. For instance, no one says "2 millions". It's "2 million".

Also, in your Latvian area, there are a lot of inconsistencies. The language is very odd. Not present day Latvian, for sure.

And the plural for "subtitles" in Latvian is not "Subtitrus" (on the Latvian flag), it is "Subtitri".

I noticed that in every other language, it's correct. But not Latvian.

This is also the second time I've written about this.

"Subtitrus" is used when an action is being performed with "subtitri".

First of all - thanks for a great site. I've found it very useful.
I'm not sure if this is a suggestion or if it's my not using the site right but...
When I've been unable to find a subtitle I wanted I've posted a request on the relevant part of the site. Each time I've done this I've been looking for the subtitle in SPANISH but there doesn't seem to be a field where you can specify this at the time whene when you request a subtitle. It specifically says not to include a language in the title field, so how do you know what language the request is supposed to be for?
Thanks

Hi! I'm from Brasil and I've lived in US for one year. I could help you out translating movies or House episodes to portuguese or I could do the English subtitles as well. Just let me know.

The ability to search by uploader or to search for extra keywords that aren't part of title. Like: "The Terminator" "xzyxyz clan of rippers" That way you get a match for the movie and the appropriate *.srt file.
