Whatever the reason, you may need to modify a subtitle file so it syncs up with your movie. You can paste your subtitle in the text area or you can use the browse button to open your file.

    1. Use theĀ Browse button to open your subtitle file.

Just click on Browse button, search for subtitle file on your hard drive and open it. Or you can paste it into the text area if you previously opened with a text editor.

    1. The Difference (Offset)

Here you can set delay positive or negative, time in seconds or by number of frames within your tool. In both cases must be enter the amount of seconds or the number of frames.

Increasing delay (+ sign) it will cause the subtitles to display later.

Decreasing delay (- sign) it will make the subtitles display sooner.

Example: If you want to increase subtitle time by 5 seconds. Browse our subtitle file. Choose the + sign from the dropdown list, enter 5 to the textbox. Select as seconds from the dropdown list.

    1. The FPS

FPS stands for frames per second in which the measurement of a video clip contains number of image frames within one second. Each frame is a picture. The frames per second indicate how many times the picture will be changed per second.

With this tool you can convert between different subtitle frame rates. This feature is very useful, in case your subtitle file has a different fps from the video file.

    1. The Output Options

The Output Options will allow saving your modified subtitle file to your hard disc. You can choose the Subtitle format and the Output format for your file.

Subtitle Format: This will be your generated subtitle file extension .sub or .srt. You can leave these settings on default value (Same as input).

Output Format: If you choose Save as a file your subtitle will be saved to your hard disk or you can preview it choosing Show in browser.

    1. Finally:

Click the Process button to generate your file.

We’ve been working since 2+ years on AllSubs.org to make it the biggest resource for subtitles.
A couple of weeks ago we added the 1 millionth subtitle on site and we are heading for 2millions :-)

Anyway, as there is always something to improve on such a site we decided to ask you for your help and suggestions.
Please take a minute and drop us a line about what you believe you’d like to see on the site, what could be improved and generally whatever ideas you think would help AllSubs.org become a better place for you.

    Thank you,
    AllSubs Team

Inglorious Bastards or Inglorious Basterds, the latest Tarantino movie is a 2.5H heroic epic of Nazi occupied France.

In pure QT style everything ends up in a big style blodshed with little resemblance to the actual historical facts :-)

Nevertheless its a movie worth watching as its being rated a “10″ by most of its viewers

Watch the movie online on iReel and/or check for its subtitles here.
